Formed in 1987, the Elkton Progressive Improvement Committee (EPIC) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the residents of Elkton, Virginia.
EPIC advances this mission by:
• Providing and improving public spaces
• Supporting local businesses by strengthening Elkton’s town image
• Encouraging residents to shop and invest locally
• Creating an inviting environment that attracts new businesses
• Promoting tourism and welcoming visitors to support a thriving local economy
